Ingredients:

Sloppy joe:

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 (16 oz) tomato sauce
  • the desired amount of chopped bell and onion
  • 2 tbs tomato paste
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbs sugar 
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • 1 tbs onion powder
  • 1 tbs beef bouillon
  • 1 tbs chili powder 
  • 1  1/2 tsp  cumin
  • salt to taste

Potatoes:

  • russet potatoes
  • olive oil
  • foil
  • 3/4 cup sour cream 
  • 1 1/2 cup cheese (plus more for topping)
  • 2 tbs butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley, optional

Directions:

First, wash and clean the potatoes. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Then, wrap the potatoes in foil and spray with oil until it’s fully coated. Cook in the oven for about an hour, in the meantime, start on the sloppy joe mixture. Cook the ground beef over a stove on medium heat. Season the meat and once cooked, strain any excess fat.
