Turn A Cigar Box Into A Fathers Day Treat
This DIY Fathers Day goodie box tutorial by Sweet Ruby’s will be your dad’s favorite gift this year for sure. The combination of chocolate-covered strawberries, cigars and whiskey will be a smash hit.
Materials Needed For This DIY:
- Cigar Box
- Bottle Of Whiskey Or Beer
- Strawberries
- Melting Chocolate
Directions:
Step One
Wash your strawberries in warm water then set them out to dry.
Step Two
Melt your chocolate. You can use regular milk chocolate, dark or white. If you choose to use white chocolate, you could try out this tutorial for Easy Fathers Day Chocolate Covered Strawberries.
Step Three
Dip your strawberries into the melted chocolate, and let them dry.

Step Four
Decorate the strawberries however you’d like.
Step Five
Place tissue paper into the bottom of your cigar box. You could even get some of the filling grass they make for goodie baskets to go on the inside.
Step Six
Put your bottle of whiskey into the box.

Place your berries around the whisky bottle and then add in any other gifts you might want. You could add in a cigar, a shot glass, candy or something else your father loves.
