Preheat the oven to 350F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, dry breadcrumbs, dried minced onion, milk, egg, soy sauce, seasoned pepper, and black pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients until well incorporated.

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and place it in the meatloaf mixture.

Pat out the mixture into a rectangle that measures about 1 ½ inches thick. For the sauce, gently push a shallow surface in the center of the meatloaf.

Prepare the sauce by combining ketchup, brown sugar, and yellow mustard in a bowl.  Spread evenly on top of the meatloaf once the ingredients have been thoroughly combined.

Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven to cook for about 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 160F.

When the juices run clear, the meatloaf is ready. Take it out of the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving, to keep it as moist as possible.
