I’m always interested in hearing tips about what I can do to look younger because, let’s face it, we aren’t getting any younger and I’m up for any advice in this area!

The gal in the video has some tips that certainly has encouraged me in doing a couple of things different and I’m willing to try anything to slow down the clock.

She touches on exercise and some time ago, I got tired of feeling self conscious in sleeveless tops so I got myself some 8 lb. weights and have gradually worked up being able to lift them for a longer period of time. I just do a couple of things to help my arms out and I do this every other night. I started with skull crunches and if you aren’t sure what that is, look on YouTube. I am amazed at the improvement in my arms and I can actually see muscles!

Keep in mind that you have to give this time, but it will happen and it also helps tone your who body…believe it or not! Lifting weights burns fat better than any exercise you can do.

In all the things that she talks about, when she mentions style, she says that every woman should have a bomber jacket! I don’t have one, but I’m definitely gonna think about getting one!
