Do you love eating sweets for breakfast? If you do, this tiramisu overnight oats by Harshita’s Kitchen is for you. It’s delicious, filling, and easy to make. This recipe is made by soaking raw oats overnight in a chocolate milk mixture. This allows the oats to absorb all the delicious flavors of the ingredients. It is the best for busy mornings since there is no cooking involved.

This has been one of my favorite breakfast recipes, as it’s easy to prepare in the evening. Just mix the base ingredients, then chill overnight. The next day, make the topping by combining all ingredients. Add layers of both mixtures in a glass, then dust with cocoa powder on top. How easy is that? It’s delicious and gives me the energy I need in the morning.

For the base:
For the topping:
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, and 1/2 tablespoon of cocoa powder. Mix until well combined.
Add 1 shot of espresso, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste, 1/2 cup of milk, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Mix until well combined. Cover with clingwrap and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
After 6 hours or overnight, in a different bowl, add 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, 3/4 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste. Mix until well combined.
Remove the oat mixture from the refrigerator and mix well. Fill 1/3 of the glass with the oat mixture, then two tablespoons of the yogurt mixture. Add another layer of the oat mixture, then finish with the yogurt mixture. Dust some cocoa powder on top.
