Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set it aside. Next, open the cans of cinnamon rolls (there are five pieces in each can) and lay them down on the prepared baking dish. After this, pour 1 cup of heavy whipping cream all over the top, distributing it evenly on each roll. Set it aside. Next, add the melted butter to a bowl followed by 1/3 cup of brown sugar, and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. Mix well, then pour this over the rolls.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. In the meantime, combine 4 tbsp salted butter and 4 oz cream cheese in a bowl. Mix well, then add the icing that comes with the cinnamon rolls along with 1 cup of powdered sugar. Mix everything well and spread it evenly over each cinnamon roll. Serve and enjoy!
