Add 1/2 cup of almond butter and 1 cup of white chocolate in a bowl. Place it in the microwave for about a minute or more. Give it a stir every 20 seconds until it’s completely melted. Mix again until well combined.
Add the chow mein noodles and mix. Make sure that everything is well coated with the white chocolate almond mixture.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the coated chow mein and place it on the prepared sheet. You don’t need to shape them. Repeat with the remaining almond noodle mixture. Make sure there is space between each piece.
Place three pieces of candied eggs into each nest. Let them sit for about 1 hour or more until they are set.
Serve and enjoy these yummy treats this coming Easter!
