For sides, you can choose from potato salads, macaroni salad, french fries, cornbread, mac and cheese, and fried rice.

Add the clean chicken in a large mixing bowl, followed by buttermilk, hot sauce, lemon juice, sazon, chicken bouillon powder, all-purpose seasoning, and egg. Mix it all the ingredients well. Cover the chicken and place it in the fridge for 2 to 24 hours.
Make the sauce. Place a skillet over medium low heat, and melt the butter. Once melted, add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the hot sauce and honey. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
Add the breading ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Get the chicken from the fridge after 2 to 24 hours, shake of excess buttermilk, and place on the breading. Coat well, then place on a baking sheet covered with foil. Repeat with the remaining chicken. Let them rest for at least 10 minutes.
Add a generous amount of oil into a pot and let it reach 350F. Once the temperature is achieved, add the chicken and cook until crispy and brown. Make sure to flip them to ensure they are cooking evenly. Internal temperature should be 165F to 175F. Place on a wire rack over baking sheet to drain.
Cover the chicken with the sauce and serve. Enjoy!
