Sometimes, no matter what product or haircare routine you try, nothing works for you. It’s still dry or oily. But is there really any solution to fix your hair? You might want to check these tips by Blowout Professor.
Get the right shampoo. The perfect shampoo for you can keep your hair clean for at least three days. A good product will remove all the dirt from your hair and leave nothing behind. You don’t need a shampoo that has a lot of ingredients that stay in your hair.
Learn the proper washing technique. Do not lather your shampoo on your hands, as it will never go all the way down to your scalp. You want your shampoo to go exactly to your scalp because that is where the oil is. Start from the back. Spread your hair apart, and push the shampoo all the way down to your scalp. Take more and do it again. Put anything that’s left on the sides. Start working the shampoo by pressing firmly with your fingertips. Rinse it well.
Do a second wash but use half as much shampoo, as you used on the first one.
Use a professional shampoo and only wash your hair when it’s actually dirty.

Use a leave-in conditioner. It’s extremely light and forms a barrier around your hair that prevents moisture from escaping. Spray it on your hair while it’s still wet, then brush it through with a wet brush. If you have fine hair, do 8 sprays. For medium hair, you need 8 to 12 sprays, and 12 to 16 sprays for coarse hair.
The leave-in conditioner will not work on the end of your hair, so you need to use hair oil. Make sure to use it sparingly as it’s heavy.
