How to Maintain a Clean Air Fryer

  • Use parchment paper. There are two types you can use in your air fryer – one with holes and one without holes that go up to the sides. Do not use the latter when cooking fatty or frozen foods.
  • Clean after air frying. Once it cooled down, use a paper towel to wipe out any drippings. If there are only a few crumbs, wiping them down with a damp paper towel will do the trick. If it’s dirtier, wipe the drippings with a paper towel then spray with Dawn powerwash. Let it sit for 10 minutes and wipe it with grease. Rinse well.
