I’m sure Chef Jack Oven‘s chicken fajitas recipe will amaze you! My friend made this meal last week, and it was so good. I couldn’t stop talking about it all day and even asked him to make it again the next day. The cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and flavored chicken combined together were top-notch – definitely worth the try.
For the spice mix:

In a bowl, add 2 teaspoons of paprika, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 2 teaspoons of onion powder, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, 2 teaspoons of sea salt flakes, 2 teaspoons of ground chili, and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Mix with a whisk until well combined.
Add the chicken strips to a bowl, followed by the oregano, lemon zest, lemon juice, and 3/4 of the spice mix. In a different bowl, add the red bell pepper, onions, and remaining spice mix. Mix with your hands until everything is fully coated. Wrap both the chicken and vegetables with cling wrap. Let it marinate in the fridge for 30 to 24 hours.
Make the guacamole. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
Place a large pot onto your stovetop over high heat. Once hot, add two tablespoons of olive oil, and onion and bell pepper mix. Fry for 3 minutes until onions become slightly translucent. Make sure to stir frequently. Next, add the chicken and cook for 12 minutes while stirring frequently.
Warm your tortillas. Get one, fill the center with guacamole, and spread lightly. Add some iceberg lettuce, chopped red chili (optional), fajita mix, a spoonful of sour cream, grated cheese, and some coriander or cilantro. Roll it gently, then slice it in half. Serve and enjoy!
