Orange food coloring is added to the egg yolk mixture, and a small chopped green onion serves as the stem to make it look like a pumpkin. If you prefer, you can smooth the mixture once added to the egg halves and use a toothpick to create vertical lines for added detail. This recipe is very easy to follow and tastes delicious.
