Ingredients Jay Uses For The Award-Winning Tennessee Mojo Ribs Recipe:

  • Baby back ribs (trim the fat a little, but to too much)
  • Mojo BBQ Rub
  • Killer Hogs Hot Rub
  • A spray bottle of water (for spritzing)
  • 1/4 cup of light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of Mojo Rub
  • 2 tablespoons of spicy honey
  • 5 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of bacon fat

Directions:
