I love cooking any kind of casserole, why I had never thought of making a Tater Tot Casserole is beyond me. I saw a recipe for Tater Tot Casserole on Youtube and had to try it, after all, I love tater tots and I also love any kind of casserole so it was an obvious match made in Heaven for me. The recipe couldn’t be easier, first, preheat the oven to 375 degrees then you just pre-cook the hamburger meat in a skillet with some diced onion, and minced garlic, and a half a cup of beef stock, I then removed the meat mixture from the heat and set aside.
