If you’re tired of serving or baking the same old dinner rolls recipe, then try this sweet Hawaiian style by Savor Easy on YouTube that is not only incredibly delicious and fluffy but also so easy and inexpensive to make!
Step 1
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, instant yeast, and salt, then mix them together with a flat spatula until well combined before adding the egg, pineapple juice, and vanilla extract. Place a hook attachment to the stand mixer, then place the bowl, and start mixing the ingredients together to form a dough, mix it at low speed for about 2 minutes, then increase the speed, and continue mixing for about 7 minutes. Add oil to a large mixing bowl, then form the dough into a large ball before placing it inside the oiled bowl, and rub the top of the dough with some more oil. Cover it and let it rest until it doubles in size.

Step 2
Once the dough is double in size, degas it, then remove it from the bowl. Place it on a surface and flatten it, then divide the dough into 16 even pieces. Form each piece into a ball by rolling it around on a flat surface, cover the dough balls, then let it rest for about 15 minutes. After resting, flatten each dough ball to remove the gas, then start reshaping each piece into a ball. Gather the bottom upward, then pinch the seam to seal, and roll it under your palm. Place each rolled dough ball in a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Cover and let it rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Brush it with the egg wash mixture, then put it in a 180°C/356°F preheated oven, and let it bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. Brush the top with salted butter while still hot, then serve!
