This creamy and sweet caramel custard cake recipe by Savor Easy on YouTube is definitely going to be one of my favorite desserts. The cake is so soft and the custard just melts in your mouth. You should give this a try too, you won’t regret it!

Step 1
Place a pan on a stove over medium-low heat, then add the sugar and water, and let it cook until golden while stirring consistently. Add two more tablespoons of water, then give it a good stir, and pour it at the bottom of a loaf dish, set it aside to cool. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole eggs, egg yolks, and sweetened condensed milk, and whisk them all together until incorporated. Add the evaporated milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, then give them a good whisk until well combined, and set the custard aside.

Step 2
Prepare the cake batter in another mixing bowl, simply mix together the egg yolks, oil, and vanilla, then whisk them together until well combined before pouring the milk, and whisk them again until uniform. Place a strainer on top of the bowl, then sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt, whisk them together, and scrape off the sides and bottom. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the egg white and white vinegar using a stir and lift motion to incorporate the air easier.
Step 3
Once the mixture is frothy, gradually add the sugar while continuously beating until medium peaks form. Add a dollop of meringue to the egg mixture, then fold it in until the mixture loosened up, add this to the rest of the meringue, and continue folding until incorporated. Pour and strain the custard mixture over the loaf pan, then pour the cake batter on top. Put this in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F, let it bake for about 45 to 50 minutes, and let it cool completely. Place a plate on top, then carefully flip it over so that the cake becomes upside down, and slowly lift the dish to unmold the cake. Serve and enjoy!
