Ingredients:
- 25 oz of minced meat
- 4 pieces of potatoes
- 9 oz of cheese
- 2 pieces of onions
- 2 pieces of carrots
- 9 oz of tomato puree
- 2 pieces of eggs
- olive oil
- bell pepper
- paprika
- cumin
- thyme
- salt to taste

Instructions:
Step 1:
Peel and slice 4 of the potatoes, then place them in a pot. Pour 33.8 oz of water to the pot and add some salt. Boil the potatoes until soft. Once done, remove from water and place on a bowl.
Step 2:
Mash the potatoes, then chop the onions, carrots, and bell peppers. Make sure to separate the two onions in two containers.
Step 3:
Mix the minced meat, mashed potatoes, grated cheese, 1 onion (chopped), eggs, salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, thyme, and oregano in a mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients well and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Step 4:
After an hour, remove the mixture from the refrigerator and form it into meatballs.
Step 5:
Prepare the vegetable sauce in a pan. Pour some olive oil, then add the remaining onion (chopped), carrots, bell pepper, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes on the 5th degree heat or low heat.
Step 6:
Add the tomato puree and 5.07 ounces of water, then season with pepper and oregano. Cook for about 2 minutes on low heat.
Step 7:
Pour half of the sauce into the baking dish, then arrange the meatballs on it. Once done, pour the remaining sauce over the top, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 8:
Place in the preheated oven at 374-degree F and bake for about 30 minutes.
