Place the oat flakes in a bowl. Pour the hot milk and stir to soak the oats. Set it aside.
Peel the banana and slice it into pieces. Smash them using a fork until it becomes puree. Next, add the egg and beat it into the banana. Add the cocoa powder and baking powder to the mixture. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Combine the soaked oats and the chocolate mixture. Mix with a spoon or spatula until well incorporated.
Grease your pan with a bit of vegetable oil. Pour the oat chocolate mixture into the pan and spread evenly. Place in the oven and bake at 356 degrees F or 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.
Place the chocolate in a bowl then melt it in the microwave or on top of boiling water. Next, add the warm cream. Mix them until it becomes smooth and creamy.
Remove the cake from the oven and pour the melted chocolate on top. Spread evenly using a spatula then shake to flatten the top. Place in the fridge and chill for 1 hour. After 1 hour, remove from the fridge, slice then serve. Enjoy it with friends or family!
