Crack 2 eggs in a bowl, then add 10 tablespoons of sugar, 0.3 oz of vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk everything together until well combined and smooth.
Add 8.5 tablespoons of sunflower oil to the mixture, then whisk well. Next, add 0.5 cups of vanilla yogurt, 1.6 cups of flour, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Mix all ingredients well until it has a thick consistency.
Put muffin papers in your muffin tray. Fill 2/3 of each muffin paper with the batter using a spoon, then add some apricot jam in the center.
Place in a preheated oven at 356 degrees F and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Once done baking, remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack. Dust some powdered sugar on top. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes, then remove them from the tray. Serve and enjoy with your family and friends.
