Dry the fish fillet as much as you can using paper towels to remove extra moisture.
In a small bowl, add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of dry parsley, 2 teaspoons of chili flakes, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 2 teaspoons of fish seasoning, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Place the fish on your baking dish. Sprinkle some fresh ground pepper on one side, followed by the seasoning mixture. Make sure to coat everything. Press it with your hands to allow the fish to absorb the flavors. Drizzle some oil and press. Lift it and place lemon slices, so the fillet will not stick on the bottom of the pan. Flip it and lay it on top of the lemon. Repeat the seasonings and oil to that side.
Place it in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes. Remove it from the oven and transfer it to a serving plate. Garnish it with freshly chopped parsley and serve. Enjoy!
