Step 1
Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions, make sure that you have 2 layers of cake. Take 1 layer and cut the sides off in a curved manner, then set them aside. Assemble the bunny cake in a large and flat serving place or sheet pan lined properly with parchment paper. Place the other whole layer of cake in the upper part of the plate or pan, then take the curved cake cut out and place them on each side of the round cake to serve as the bunny ears. Then take the cake layer that’s been cut off, and place it under the bunny’s head horizontally for the bunny’s body. Apply a generous amount of white icing all over the bunny cake until completely covered.

Sprinkle a thick layer of white shredded coconut all over the bunny cake until completely covered. Then, sprinkle the pink shredded coconut and some pink crystal sprinkles on the inner ears of the bunny. Use 2 pieces of jelly beans for the eyes, 1 piece of gumdrop for the nose, and 3 pieces of red string licorice sliced in half for the whiskers as well as the mouth.
