These super easy detox salad recipes by Satvic Movement are the perfect choices if you want something healthy and delicious. Each recipe has different flavors that you will absolutely love. Ingredients
Recipe 1:
- 1 large cucumber (diced)
- 2 carrots (diced)
- 4 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 small green capsicum (diced)
- 1 cup of coriander (chopped)
- 2 big pieces of flesh coconut (grated)
- 1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds
Recipe 2:
- handful of spinach leaves (chopped)
- handful of rocket leaves (chopped)
- 1 small beetroot (sliced into small pieces)
- a piece of flesh coconut
- 3 to 4 soaked walnuts
For the dressing:
- half cucumber (chopped)
- 1/4 cup of coriander
- 4 soaked dates
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/4 tablespoon of lemon juice
Recipe 3:
- half red cabbage (sliced into small pieces)
- 1 carrot (chopped into thin pieces)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (chopped into thin slices)
- 1 beetroot (chopped into thin slices)
- 1 cup of boiled peas
For the dressing:
- 1/4 cup of soaked almonds
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
- 1 small green chili
- 1 coin ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of water

Instructions
Recipe 1:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Do not add any dressing, salt, lemon, or nuts.
Recipe 2:
Place the sliced beetroot in a small pot with water. Place over heat and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until soft. Add the chopped leaves in a bowl, along with the cooked beetroot. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the dressing over the salad. Grate the coconut on top and add the crushed walnuts. Mix well, then serve.
Recipe 3:
Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth to make the dressing. Pour over the salad on top.
