Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Cook in a pot with boiling water until soft.
Place the cooked potatoes in a bowl and mash them using a potato masher or fork.
Add 1 tablespoon of coriander leaves, 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes, salt to taste, 1/4 teaspoon of powdered black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, and 1/4 cup of grated mozzarella cheese. Mix everything until well combined.
Get 1 tablespoon of the potato mixture. Form into a ball, flatten, then place the cubed mozzarella cheese in the center. Pinch the sides of the potato mixture toward the middle, then form it again into a ball. Place it on a plate. Repeat with the remaining potato mixture.
Make the slurry. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of corn flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder, and 1/4 cup of water. Stir until smooth.
Deep the potato balls into the slurry and then coat them with the breadcrumbs. Repeat with the remaining balls.
Add a generous amount of oil to a pot over medium heat. Once hot, add the potato balls. Fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove them with a strainer or slotted spoon. Place on a plate lined with a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Let it cool for a bit. Serve on a plate and consume while still warm.
