I can’t wait for the Texas summer to begin so the entire family can visit the beautiful water resources that are so numerous throughout our state. This idea only requires some PVC pipe and caps, you will fill those with a super-charged solution of water and salt that keeps food and beverages cold for longer periods of time without the watered-down melted ice that comes with natural thawing.

Materials For The Super-Charged Polar Bear Tubes For An Ice Chest:

  • PVC pipe (cut in the length that will fit in the ice chest)
  • PVC caps
  • PVC Cement
  • Water
  • Salt
