Easy Keto Hot Chocolate Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups of powdered sweetener
- 3/4 cup of Dutch cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup of grassfed collagen (optional)
- 2 ounces of unsweetened chocolate (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 10 to 12 ounces of keto-friendly milk
Note: you can use plain collagen or vanilla collagen
How to Make a Keto-Friendly Hot Chocolate
Step 1:
In a food processor, add 1 1/4 cups of powdered sweetener, 3/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1/3 cup of grassfed collagen (optional), 2 ounces of unsweetened chocolate, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Process on high setting until well combined.
Step 2:
Heat 10 to 12 ounces of keto-friendly milk in a small pot.
Step 3:
