Add 2 cups of heavy cream, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla to the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until the stiff peaks form. You can add them to a bowl and use a hand-held mixer.
Get a 9×9 square pan and spread a very thin layer of cream. Next, add a single layer of graham crackers. Break them in half or thirds if needed to cover the whole pan.

Top it with 1/3 of the whipped cream and smoothen it with a spatula.
Add 1/3 of the strawberries on top of the whipped cream. Spread them in an even layer. Repeat the 3 layers (graham, whipped cream, strawberries) 2 more times. For the top, arrange the sliced strawberries in a pretty pattern.
Cover the container with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Refrigerate it for at least four hours or overnight before serving. It is best served chilled so better wait before you indulge in this treat. Enjoy!
