One of my very favorite YouTube cooking stars is Smokin’ & Grillin’ Wit’ AB, and I am always checking his terrific channel for something new and exciting that he’s whipping up in the kitchen. When I found this recipe for strawberry cream pie by Smokin’ & Grilin’ Wit’ AB, on YouTube, I had to try this refreshing dessert recipe. This pie is really quick and easy and will look very impressive on the table when you present it to friends and family. There is a recipe for a lovely homemade graham cracker crust, but you can use a store-bought graham cracker crust, and that will make this delicious pie even easier.

Ingredients For The Strawberry Cream Pie Recipe:

Homemade Crust Ingredients:

• 10 to 12 graham crackers
• 1/4 cup of sugar (optional)
• 1/3 cup of butter (melted)
• Or you can use a 9-inch ready-made pie crust

Pie Filling:

• 1 (8-ounce package cream cheese, softened)
• 1 (14-ounce can of condensed milk)
• 11/3 cup of lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Topping For Pie:

• 10 to 12 strawberries (sliced)
• 1 can of whipping cream (or you can use regular cream)
• 1/3 cup sugar to sprinkle over the strawberries
