My Mom used to make Pineapple Rum Punch in the ’60s and it was always a big favorite with everyone. Feeling nostalgic, as always, and wanting to meander down memory lane just one more time, I went searching for a recipe that was similar to hers and I found this almost identical recipe for a Sparkling Rum Punch on Youtube. I couldn’t wait to surprise all my old friends with this super cool flavor from our past. I started by assembling my ingredients: Ginger Ale, Rum (you can use 151 Bacardi if you are feeling super brave), fresh fruit (pineapple, cherries, and orange slices), and the magic ingredient, Pineapple Juice, Yummm! 🙂
