Ingredients Needed For This Recipe:

  • Penne Pasta Noodles
  • Eggs
  • Celery
  • Onions
  • Sweet Peppers
  • Sweet Relish
  • Mayonaise
  • Sour Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Yellow Mustard

Directions:

Step One

Hard boil two eggs in a pot of water. Add some salt into the water to prevent the eggs from splitting. Make sure you boil your eggs for 10 minutes so they get cooked all the way through, then place them into a bowl of cold water for five minutes.

Step Two

While the eggs are boiling you can go ahead and add your penne pasta noodles into the water with your eggs to begin cooking them.

Step Three

Begin slicing up a red onion. Chop the onions up into small pieces.

Step Four

Cut up some celery. Start by cutting the celery lengthwise and then chop it into small pieces like the onion. Cop up your sweet peppers the same way. You can remove the seeds or leave them in. It’s really up to you.

Step Five

Chop up your hard-boiled eggs into small pieces as well.

Step Six

Pour all the chopped-up ingredients into a bowl with the penne noodles.

Step Seven

In a smaller bowl, add sweet relish, mayonnaise, sour cream, yellow mustard, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients up and use this as your dressing for the pasta.
