Preheat the oven to 350F.
Cook the elbow macaroni as per instructions. Transfer the drained macaroni to the baking dish. Add 1 stick of melted gold butter and mix it to coat the macaroni.
In a heated pan, drop in 1 stick of carry gold butter and ½ cup of all-purpose flour. Stir with a wooden spatula until it thickens. Then, add ½ cup whole milk and continuously mix. Pour in 1 cup of half and half whole milk or just whole milk; continue mixing.
Start by dropping all your cheese and mixing well. Then add ½ cup sour cream and continue mixing.
Once it starts melting down, add in 1 tsp of black pepper, ½ tbsp of seasonal salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp creole seasoning, and 2 ½ tsp sweetened condensed milk.
Mix well. Add in the other ½ cup of whole milk.
With the elbow macaroni, pour in 3 large eggs (beaten). Spread it around the macaroni. Add your cheese mixture in parts to the macaroni. Mix it together as you go. Make sure the macaroni is evenly spread with the cheese.
On top of the macaroni, pour on 8 oz of sharp cheddar cheese evenly to cover the macaroni. Cut cubes of your gold butter and put them on the top layer.
Bake it in the oven for 35–40 minutes at 350F.
