I found this soft and fluffy condensed milk bread recipe by Jane’s Kitchen, and I tried to bake one at home. I was so amazed at how moist and good it turned out! It’s now one of my favorite go-to recipes as it’s easy to make and delicious. Watch the video below for the full instructions.

Combine 1 cup of fresh milk, 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk, 1 egg, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, and 2 teaspoons of instant yeast in a mixing bowl. Mix well until well combined.
Add 3 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of salt to the mixture. Mix until well incorporated.
Add 1/4 cup of softened butter. Give it a good mix until it’s well combined.
Sprinkle some flour over your work area and knead the dough until smooth.
Spread some oil in the bowl and place the dough. Cover with cling wrap and let it rest for 1 hour until it doubles in size.
Degas the dough and transfer it to your work area. Divide it into two, then flatten and roll it out. Seal the edges, then divide into 7.
Transfer the dough into a non-stick loaf pan with the bottom lined with parchment paper. Do the same process with the other half.
Cover both with cling wrap and let them rest for 40 minutes.
Make the egg wash by combining 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of milk. Brush the dough with the egg wash.
Place the dough inside the oven at 356 degrees F and bake for about 20 minutes.
For the glaze, combine 2 oz of softened butter and 1 tablespoon of condensed milk. Spread into the bread after baking. Enjoy!
