Snickers has always been at the top of the list of the most popular chocolate candies in various countries.It’s the perfect blend of chocolate and sweet caramel. This Snickers cake recipe by TADIMIZTUZUMUZ brilliantly fits the Snickers description.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Add hot water into the cocoa powder. Mix well until combined. Add oil to the mixture and mix well until well combined.
In a large mixing bowl, mix 5 egg whites and sugar with a hand mixer. Add in 5 egg yolks and sugar in a separate bowl. Mix well until creamy consistency. Pour in the cocoa mixture and mix well. Add in flour by sifting and 1 packet of baking powder. Mix well and add in the egg white mixture.
Spread greaseproof paper under a 26cm cake pan or a springform pan. Pour in the cake batter and shake to evenly spread it and avoid air bubbles.
Place the batter in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.
To make the caramel, pour 1 cup of sugar into a pan and melt over minimal heat. Help the sugar dissolve by mixing with a wooden spoon. Add butter and mix well with the sugar until it melts. Pour in milk cream and mix. Add in peanuts and mix. Let the mixture cook for a while until the ingredients are incorporated.
Transfer the caramel mixture to a separate container, cover the caramel with plastic cellophane, and let it cool in the fridge.
Remove the cake from the baking pan and divide it into 3 layers.
In a large mixing bowl, mix salted cream, mascarpone or cream cheese, and milk cream with a hand mixer until you have a whipped cream consistency.
Place a cake layer in a cake pan and add some of the caramel. Add the whipped cream mixture over the caramel and repeat with the other cake layers. Even out the last layer of whipped cream with a spatula.
Melt the milk chocolate. Carefully remove the cake from the cake pan and cover the sides with some of the whipped cream mixture. Place the cake on a cake grill. Add peanuts to the melted milk chocolate.
Pour the mixture on top of the cake. Make sure to cover all sides. Transfer the cake to a platter and place it in the fridge to cool.
