Dinner is one of the most important meals of the day, especially if it’s spent with family. So, a delicious and hearty meal to keep everyone delighted is what’s needed.  Good food is always part of memorable family moments. So when I came across Leckere Küche’s simple ground beef recipe on YouTube, I immediately tried it out. This, I can say, will definitely satisfy everyone at the dinner table.

Ingredients:

  • Vegetable oil
  • 500 milliliters of water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 12 pieces of Chinese cabbage
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 500 grams of minced meat.
  • 2 onions
  • 3 garlic cloves.
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1 carrot
  • Sour cream, 200 g

Directions:

Make 12 strips of Chinese cabbage.Place them in a bowl and add 2 cups of boiling water.

Slice one onion into small pieces and place them in the same bowl with the minced meat. Do the same step with the garlic clove. Then, squeeze the water out of the cabbage and place it in the bowl with it. Put one egg in, add salt and pepper, and combine the dry ingredients.

Take a small portion and shape the minced meat into cutlets. Coat these with breadcrumbs, then place them in a baking pan that’s been brushed with oil. Bake for about 20 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.

Slice one onion and grate one carrot. Fry these in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes, then let them simmer for 5 minutes before adding minced garlic.

In a bowl, place 200 grams of sour cream and add 500 ml of water. Whisk these together. Add the wet mixture to the fried ingredients. Then, season with salt and pepper.

Take the meat out of the oven and add the mixture, then bake it for another 20-30 minutes. Once it’s ready, add dill for garnish and serve with rice. Once you get a taste of this, it will have a permanent place on your dinner table.
