This smoked meatloaf recipe by Smokin’ and Grillin’ wit AB is the best one I’ve found. After trying this recipe, you won’t want to make meatloaf any other way. The flavors you create while smoking a meatloaf are far tastier than the favors you would get from cooking meatloaf in the traditional oven method. And the best part of smoking it is that the cooking process is mindless for the most part. You will only have to check it after about 45 minutes.
