With only a few ingredients and your trusty slow cooker, you’ll be able to make the best pork chops you’ll ever have. Serve this today and impress your family!

Ingredients:

  • 4 – 6 thin pork chops
  • salt & black pepper
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 packet Lipton dry onion soup mix
  • 10 oz beef broth
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Directions:

Step 1

To start, season the pork chops with some salt and ground black pepper to taste, then tenderize the tops. Repeat these steps on the other side of the meat. Next, add 3 tbsp cooking oil to a pan over medium-high heat, then sear the pork chops in batches for four to five minutes on each side. In the meantime, go ahead and prep the crockpot. Add 1 packet of Lipton dry onion soup mix to the bottom of the crockpot and 10 oz beef broth. Mix well together.

Step 2

Once the pork chops are done cooking, remove them from the pan and transfer to a plate. Sprinkle 1 tbsp brown sugar on top of each pork chop, then add the minced garlic. Once done, transfer them into the crockpot, seasoned side up. Place the lid on, set the crockpot on high, then cook them for about three to four hours (or on low for four to six hours). After this, transfer the meat to a serving plate, spoon the sauce over, and then garnish with some freshly chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
