Ingredients:

  • 4 lb boneless or bone-in beef short ribs (about eight short ribs)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cups of beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary

Directions:

Step 1

Season the short ribs with salt and black pepper, place them into a smoking hot skillet, and sear them on all sides. Pour 3 cups of beef broth into the slow cooker, 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp of onion powder, and 1 tsp garlic powder. Whisk well, then place the short into the bottom of the slow cooker. Add a sprig of rosemary on top.
