Ingredients:

  • 1 bag (12oz) of frozen meatballs (original or turkey)
  •  1 can (14oz) jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 bottle (12oz) chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
  • zest of medium orange
  • freshly chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Step 1

In a bowl, add a 14 oz can of jelly cranberry sauce, a 12 oz bottle of chili sauce, 1 tbsp light brown sugar, 2 tbsp of freshly squeezed orange juice, and a zest of a medium orange. Mix well until incorporated.

Step 2

Add your frozen meatballs to your slow cooker, then pour the sauce all over. Mix well to coat the meatballs with the sauce. Put the lid on, set the slow cooker to low, and cook for four hours. Garnish with some fresh parsley before serving.
