Ingredients:

  • 4 baking potatoes, washed and scrubbed thoroughly
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt, to taste

Topping:

  • shredded cheese
  • cooked bacon, crumbled
  • green onions, finely chopped
  • sour cream

Step 1

To start, wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then poke holes all around using a fork. After this, brush with extra-virgin olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt to taste. Once done, grab four sheets of aluminum foil and wrap each potato tightly.

Step 2

Now, place the foil-wrapped potatoes in the slow cooker, set on high, and cook them for five hours or until tender. After cooking, remove the foil, and cut a slit on each potato. Add your favorite toppings and serve!
