Easy Slow Cooker Apple Cider Ingredients

  • 8 gala apples (cored and quartered)
  • four sticks of cinnamon
  • one tablespoon of whole cloves
  • one teaspoon of whole allspice
  • 10 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar

Note: if you don’t have a slow cooker, use a saucepan and place it over medium heat.

How to Make Slow Cooker Apple Cider

Step 1:

Place the quartered apples into a slow cooker. Add 4 sticks of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of whole cloves, 1 teaspoon of whole allspice, and 10 cups of water.

Step 2:

Cover it with the lid and cook on high setting for about 3 hours.

Step 3:

After 3 hours, mash the apples using a potato masher. Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar and mix well. Place the lid and cook for 1 to 3 more hours on a high setting.
