Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 box of mac and cheese
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 1 cup or can of corn
  • 1 cup or can of peas
  • 1 cup of cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional

  • 1 cup of chopped green bell peppers or onions
  • Leftover beans, spices, and seasonings
  • Whatever leftover in your fridge that you want to use

Directions:

Step 1

Place a cast-iron skillet pan on a stove over medium-high to high heat, then add the ground beef, and break it apart. Add some salt and pepper to taste all over the beef, then let the bottom brown without tossing. Once the bottom is nice and brown, give it a nice toss, then let the other side cook as well. You can add any leftover ingredients that you want at this point. Remove some of the rendered greases if desired, then add the cheese powder followed by the pasta, then the tomatoes and milk, the juice of the tomato together with the milk will soften the pasta, but if needed you can add some water.

Step 2

Next, add the peas and corn, then give them a good stir until well combined, cover with the lid, and let it cook according to the pasta’s package instructions. Decrease your heat setting to low at this point. After letting it boil for a few minutes, you can now add any additional spices or flavors that you want, then stir them together well. Check the doneness of the pasta after a few minutes, then taste and adjust the flavor if needed, add some of the cheese, and stir them until well combined. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese all over the top, then cover with the lid, and let cook until the cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy!
