- all-purpose cream
- powdered parmesan cheese
- freshly chopped parsley

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine 1 tsp rosemary, 1 tsp thyme, and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix together. Season the chicken thigh fillet with the mixed herbs, then sprinkle some freshly ground black pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Repeat this on the other side and leave them for at least 20 to 30 minutes. Now, heat a pan and add some olive oil. Once the oil is hot enough, add the chicken. Cook until both sides are brown.

After cooking the chicken, remove it from the pan and melt some butter. Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
