  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup avocado
  • 1 cup bacon

  • 1/2 parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing

Lobster dinner for two

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 3 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/3 parmesan crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Monterey Jack, shredded
  • 1/3 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup green onions
  • Bread
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup water

Chicken dinner for two

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • Puff pastry
  • Bacon strips
  • 24 oz. Cookie dough
  • 4 oz. Chocolate

Garlic shrimp alfredo for two

  • 6 bacon
  • 1lb shrimp
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 lb. cooked Fettucine
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • Bread
  • Olive oil
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp. basil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 oz. Chocolate
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Directions:

Steak for two

Garlic Butter Steak. Season all sides of rib-eye steak with salt and pepper, then bake it at 200°F /95°C for 45 minutes for medium-rare. In a skillet, sear both sides of the steak with canola oil for 30 seconds each, add butter, minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Once cooked, let the steak rest for 10 minutes then cut.

Creamy Scalloped Potato. In a pan, melt the butter then add the minced garlic, flour, and milk, then whisk. Season with salt and pepper, whisk, then let it simmer and thicken. Slice the potatoes thinly and place them around a small baking dish, pour the cream sauce, and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake at 350°F/175°C for 1 hour.

Bacon Avocado Caesar Salad. Prepare a washed romaine lettuce, cut and remove the core, then place it in a large bowl. Add diced avocado, bacon, croutons, parmesan, and Caesar dressing, then mix well.

Lobster dinner for two

Baked Lobster Tail. Cut the shell, pull the lobster meat up and place it on top of the shell, then cut open the meat. Mix the melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, lemon juice, and brush it onto the lobster meat. Bake for 15 minutes at 450°F/230°C.

3-Cheese Garlic Bread. In a large bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, Monterey jack, cheddar cheese, and minced green onions, then mix well. Slice the bread in half and fill with mixture, then bake for 15 minutes at 400°F/200°C. Cut into smaller slices before serving.

Molten Lava Brownie. In a bowl, pour the brownie mix, egg, and water, then mix well. Grease or spray the ramekins, then scoop the mixture and fill each ramekin. Put some chocolate balls in middle and cover with more batter. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F/180°C.

Chicken dinner for two:

Creamy Tuscan Chicken. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, mix it well then fry on skillet pan until golden brown. Remove the chicken, then sauté the minced garlic cloves, onion, tomato, and spinach. Pour the heavy cream then add salt and pepper, let it simmer, and thicken. Add the parmesan cheese and parsley, then mix it well. Place chicken and cover with sauce.

Bacon Asparagus Twists. Slice puff pastry and bacon into strips, then wrap them around asparagus. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then bake at 400°F/200°C for 18 minutes.

Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie. Divide the cookie dough and flatten half of it on the skillet pan, layer the top with chocolate pieces, and top with the remaining cookie dough. Bake at 325°F/160°C  for 35 minutes.

Garlic shrimp alfredo for two:

Garlic Shrimp Bacon Alfredo. Fry the bacon slices and shrimp, then season with salt, pepper. Remove the shrimp and bacon, then fry the diced onion, tomato, and minced garlic. Add heavy cream then let it simmer and thicken. Add the cooked fettuccine, cooked shrimp, and bacon. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley, then mix.

Tomato Basil Bruschetta. Slice bread in thick parts, brush both sides with olive oil, then bake at 450°F/230°C for 6 minutes. In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Brush a garlic clove on each bread before topping with the mixture.

Chocolate Mousse. In a bowl, beat the heavy cream and sugar with a hand mixer until soft peak, then transfer a small portion to a small bowl for later. Melt the chocolate in hot heavy cream and add in the mixture, fold and mix well. Serve them in a martini glass, chill, then garnish with reserved whipped cream.
