There are a lot of roasted garlic potatoes recipes out there, but this one by AnitaCooks is by far the best and simplest I have made and tasted. You can fully savor all the flavors: garlic, buttery taste, and all the seasonings combined and roasted to perfection. If you are a potato lover, be sure to try this recipe.   • 4 potatoes
  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley

Step 1:

Preheat your oven to 435 degrees F.

Step 2:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Put them in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix the seasonings and potatoes well. Then place the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Step 3:

Cut off the top of 1 head of garlic and place in a piece of foil. Then drizzle some olive oil on top and rub all over. Cover them up and put the same baking sheet.

Step 4:

Put in the oven and roast the potatoes for 25 minutes and turn over the pieces. Roast the other side for another 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 5:

Open the foil packet and squeeze the garlic cloves into a bowl. Make sure to remove and of the peel that may have fallen in. Then mash the soft garlic into a paste.

Step 6:

In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the mashed garlic and stir into the butter. Then add 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley and stir.

Step 7:

Spoon the garlic sauce over the potatoes and toss to evenly coat.
