If you love casserole recipes as I do, then today’s featured recipe will make you excited. Ree Drummond’s not only 1 but 5 of her best casserole recipes! Still not convinced that you should try making any of these recipes? Well, what if I tell you that you can always make this in advance, store it in the refrigerator, and bake whenever you’re ready, but they’ll still taste incredible. I was really glad that I found this compilation on YouTube via Food Network because I’m going to try one casserole recipe and serve it in the coming holiday.

Sour Cream Noodle Bake
Brown the ground beef and add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper, let it simmer then set aside. Drain the boiled egg noodles and transfer to a large bowl, add cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, and green onions, then combine all the ingredients. Assemble it in a foil container by doing 2 layers of egg noodles, ground beef mixture, and cheddar cheese. Bake in the 350°F preheated oven until cheese is completely melted.
Twice Baked Potato Casserole
In a large bowl, combine the butter, sour cream, scraped potatoes, salt, pepper, onion, cheese, and milk, mash the ingredients together until fully combined. Transfer in a foil container then smooth out the surface, sprinkle lots of cheese on top. Bake in the 400°F preheated oven until cheese is completely melted.

Tater Tot Casserole
Sauté and brown the sausage with onion. In a buttered baking dish, assemble and layer the tater tot and sausage mixture. In a different bowl, combine the egg, milk, seasoned salt, and cayenne pepper. Whisk the ingredients well then add the green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and grated cheese. Pour the mixture over the layered sausage mixture then top with more cheese. Cover with foil and bake in the 350°F preheated oven.
Broccoli Rice Casserole
Sauté onion, garlic, and butter, then add flour to thicken. Season with mustard powder, and cayenne pepper, then stir while pouring the milk. Let the sauce thicken before adding the cream cheese, parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper, then mix until well-combined. Add processed cheese, cheddar, and broccoli. Sprinkle the pimientos and stir. Assemble on a casserole and layer the rice then half of the cheese broccoli mixture, repeat the layer, and sprinkle the top with lots of cheese. Bake in the 350°F preheated oven.
Chicken Tortilla Casserole
Sauté onion and garlic, then add chili powder, paprika, and ground cumin, give it a good stir. Add the tomatoes and stir until well-combined, then transfer it to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sauté the chicken and season before adding some water and drained beans. In a baking dish, layer the salsa verde, tortilla, rice, tomato mixture, corn, chicken, and bean mixture, then sprinkle with cheese. Repeat the layer then add the enchilada sauce and the rest of the salsa verde. Sprinkle more cheese on top. Bake in the 375°F preheated oven.
