  • A packet of dry yeast
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1 cup of milk

For The Filling:

  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon zest
  • 1 cup of raspberries (coated with a mixture of corn starch and sugar)
