Prepare all the seasonings. First, mix all the dry seasonings (creole seasoning, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning.) until well-combined. Next, rub a bit of olive oil onto the pork chops, then rub the dry seasoning mixture generously all over the pork chops. After this, let it sit for five minutes to let the seasoning caramelize a bit.

Next, in a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and 2 tbsp parsley. Mix well to combine. After this, in a hot skillet, add 2 tbsp of olive oil. Once it’s hot, place the pork chops and cook them four to five minutes per side until they’re nice and golden brown. Once you are three to four minutes to the other side of the pork chop cooking, add the garlic butter you made earlier. (Add it on top of the pork chop and some to the grease so the flavors can infuse and get to the pork chops.) You can pop the pork chops into the oven for an additional two to three minutes if you feel like they needed more cooking.
