If you don’t want cheese, mayo, or any dairy products on your salad, this recipe is for you! It is perfect for this hot season with its juicy tomatoes, fresh cucumber, bell peppers, and flavorful seasonings. This is the quick and easy summer pasta salad by Marsha Eileen on Youtube. You only need 8 ingredients to make this refreshing and delicious side dish for your next gathering or picnic. Ingredients:

  • 2 tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 small or medium yellow or red onion (finely diced)
  • 1 large cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 box of pasta (16 oz)
  • 1 bottle of Italian dressing (16 oz)
  • 3-4 tablespoons of Mccormick salad supreme seasoning

Instructions:

Step 1:

Properly wash all of the vegetables and dice them. For the onion, make sure to cut them into small pieces. Place all of the vegetables on a plate then set them aside.

Step 2:

Get a pot and fill it with water, then let it boil. Once boiling, put the pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Once done, strain the water and place it in a bowl. Let it cool.

Step 3:

Put all of the chopped vegetables into the bowl of cooked pasta, then mix. Next, put the entire bottle of Italian dressing and 3-4 tablespoons of salad seasonings into the mixture. Mix to combine. Make sure to take your time adding the dressing and salad seasoning to ensure that the pasta is evenly seasoned. Taste the salad and add more seasonings if needed.

Step 4:

Cover with a plastic wrap and place in the fridge, refrigerate it overnight or at least 6-8 hours to let the flavors marinate. Enjoy!
