In a skillet, flatten the breakfast sausage and cook over medium-high heat until nice and brown. Once done, transfer to a plate. If there is too much excess grease, remove some of it.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In the same skillet, melt the butter. Once melted, add the diced green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and onion. Pour the avocado oil and stir, so the vegetables will not stick to the bottom of the skillet. Next, add the garlic paste and vegetable base to the veggies. Mix the ingredients well. Let them cook. Once the vegetables are cooked, bring back the sausage and add the shredded hash brown. Mix them well. Season with all-purpose seasoning.
In a bowl, beat 8 eggs until nice and smooth. Then add the whole milk and cheese. Stir the mixture. Pour the egg mixture onto the same skillet. Fold all ingredients together and top with more cheese.
Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.
Place 6 slices of bacon on a baking sheet with foil and put them inside the same oven for a few minutes until cooked. Once the bacon is done, remove it from the oven and chop it into bits.
Remove the skillet from the oven, and garnish it with parmesan cheese, bacon bits, and chopped parsley. Let it cool for 15 minutes before serving.
