Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, then add the minced garlic and cook for 2 – 3 minutes. Add 7oz or 250g chopped boneless chicken and cook until the chicken turns white. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 8 – 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the lid and add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp dry coriander powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili flakes, and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.

In a bowl, add 1 cup of plain yogurt, 2 – 3 tbsp mayonnaise, salt to taste, 1/2 red chili powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, and freshly chopped coriander. Mix well together. Next, get a piece of tortilla wrapper, spread the sauce on the center, then add some of the cooked chicken, some shredded red cabbage, sliced onions, sliced tomatoes, and chopped lettuce. Add another layer of the sauce on the top then proceed to wrap it. After this, fold both sides together first, then roll it tightly. Next, in a pan, melt some butter and place the tortilla wrap, with its opening facing down so it will be locked while being heated on the pan. (You can brush some butter on the wrap if you like.) After this, cut it in half, then serve.
