This quick and easy chicken stir fry recipe by Spice Eats is one of my favorite dishes to cook during busy weeks. It’s delicious, healthy, and filling! Serve this for dinner or lunch with freshly cooked rice – I am sure everyone will enjoy this appetizing and flavorful dish. Read on or watch the video below for the full instructions.

Add oil to a wok. Once hot, add the chicken pieces and stir for 30 seconds. Season with salt and white pepper powder. Stir fry on high heat for around 2 to 3 minutes.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, mix, and continue to stir fry on high heat for another 2 to 3 minutes till the water has completely dried up and the chicken is browned. Remove from the wok and set aside on a plate.
In the wok and oil, add the chopped garlic and ginger. Saute for 15 seconds, then add sliced carrots and bell peppers. Mix and fry on high heat for about 1 minute before adding the broccoli florets. Season with a pinch of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder. Mix and continue stir-frying on high heat for about 2 minutes.
Add the chicken pieces and mix. Cook for 1 minute on high heat.
Add the dark soy sauce, chicken broth, red chili sauce, and honey. Mix all ingredients and stir fry on high heat for around 2 minutes till the sauce has nearly dried up.
Add the slurry and sesame oil to the chicken and vegetables. Mix and continue cooking on high heat for 1 minute till the sauce dries and coats the chicken and vegetables.
